Make the Move is an app developed by the Greater Shankill Partnership to help primary school children with the transition from primary to secondary/gramar schools. It has been funded by the Department of Education Northern Ireland.
Information is provided on bullying, wellbeing, myths, hints and tips as well as details on the two main schools in the area - Belfast Boys Model and Belfast Girls Model.
